Shibuya is one ward of Tokyo and is pretty big, but today we just visited the shopping district. It's also the home of Shibuya Crossing - the busiest intersection in the entire world!

Shibuya 109! Famous shopping center full of very expensive and pretty clothes. Someday when I am rich I will come back! Julieane and I had fun looking at the first two floors, but everything was just too much!
Daring leather wrap-thing. |
We got lunch in a teeny noodle place! I love those. There were no chairs, you eat standing.
This is the entire restaurant. One room! |
The streets were packed with people and billboards and signs and the buildings were so tall! It was hard to fit it all into a picture.
I met this person in one of the many stores I visited. I don't know why he (she?) was there, but they were happy to pose for a picture! |
Seriously, Harajuku has unbelievable shopping! I was so tired of shopping by the end of the day, and I only saw a small part of the entire place. There were so many little streets, it was like a maze! And beyond the little streets, bigger streets, and malls too! We got lost on the way back, but luckily we found someone who spoke English and was headed to the train station too. Phew...
